WHY DID I BECOME A PLANNER?

Career Coaching session
– Career Planning for Planners

Career Planning is not just for the uber career-driven senior executive, and does not have to be just about promotions, job titles and pay-rises.

Used properly good career planning is a valuable tool for everyone to understand their skills, capabilities, and motivations to create short and longer terms aspirations that will keep them challenged, focused, and engaged throughout their planning career.

This session will help you to understand how to set and review career goals; how to ensure that you’re working with your current managers to maximise opportunities within your current employment; when to look for a new role; and what to look for in a new role.
