All amounts are in Australian dollars and are inclusive for Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10%.
Payment may be made by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or EFT.
All registrations must be paid in full prior to the start of the Planning Festival 2021.



Delegates who find themselves unable to attend the Planning Festival 2021 are most welcome to nominate a substitute.
All substitutions and cancellations must be made via email to congress@planning.org.au



If you cancel 10 weeks prior to the Planning Festival 2021, you will be refunded 75% of your total fee.

If you cancel 6 weeks prior to the Planning Festival 2021, you will be refunded 50% of your total fee.

If you cancel 3 weeks prior to the Planning Festival 2021, 100% of your fee will be charged in cancellation.

CPD Points

Earn 1 CPD point per hour automatically added after the Festival

Your registration will be carried over to the Planning Festival 2021. You don’t need to do anything. We will re-calculate your registration and social event tickets, and process refund if needed.

There will be multiple social events scheduled during the festival to catch up with your fellow Planners both in-person and also virtually. 

We will be asking the speakers from Planning Congress 2021 to join us for the Festival. We’ll keep you updated on the program as we work with the speakers on their availabilities.

Planning Festival 2021 will take place over 5 days from Monday 24 May to Friday 28 May full of keynote speaker sessions, concurrent sessions, panel discussions, in-person social events and the exhibition hall. 

Registrations for the Planning Festival 2021 will open in February 2021. Subscribe (footer of the website) to our newsletter to receive important updates.

We are still planning on study tours being available. If you have already booked one, you will get first choice to select, when the list is released.

Yes, for registered delegates only, the presentations will be made available after the festival. This also includes access to the virtual exhibition, and all handouts including abstracts.
