You must be an active PIA member to register at the member rate. Contact our membership team at email@example.com for more details on becoming a member or to check your current membership details.
Congress speakers are entitled to register at the discounted speaker rate. Speaker registrations will open late September 2020.
Please note shared registration will apply as non-member registration fee. Please complete the registration of the main contact, and advise all the names who will be sharing.
If you are choosing to share your registration, please be advised that you will only be issued with ONE name badge.
Please ensure all people attending under a shared registration should be aware of the name badge and bring a printed copy of the registration confirmation. Only one person under a shared registration may attend at any one time. Badges should be passed onto the next registrant or returned to the registration desk at the end of the session. Delegates must hold a badge to attend and badges will not be reissued if not returned.
All amounts are in Australian dollars and are inclusive for Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10%. Payment may be made by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or EFT. All registrations must be paid in full prior to the start of the congress.
Delegates who find themselves unable to attend the congress after submitting their online registration are most welcome to nominate a substitute. All substitutions and cancellations must be made by email to firstname.lastname@example.org
If you cancel 3 months prior to the Congress, you will be refunded 75% of your total fees, less an administration cancellation fee of $110.
If you cancel 2 months prior to the Congress, you will be refunded 50% of your total fees, less an administration cancellation fee of $110.
If you cancel 1 month prior to the Congress, 100% of your fees will be charged in cancellation.
