Adelaide’s Laneway and Riverfront Transformation : Walking Tour

Join Urban Futurist and former Adelaide Lord Mayor, Stephen Yarwood, for a “behind the scenes walking tour” from the Adelaide Central Market to the River Torrens waterfront.

Today, many of Adelaide’s laneways have been transformed and are becoming the centre of the city, serving as important pedestrian links and meeting places. Similarly, the Torrens Riverfront is a place to be, with new developments and bars popping up overlooking the beautiful River Torrens and Adelaide Oval.

How did this happen and what went on behind the scenes?  There are some great stories to tell, some surprising spaces to discover and there’ll be plenty of time to ask questions and network. Get social and join the physically distanced cheeky chinwag tour that will explore Adelaide’s renaissance period secrets.
