FAQ

Your registration will be carried over to the Planning Festival 2021. You don’t need to do anything. We will re-calculate your registration and social event tickets, and process refund if needed.

We will be asking the speakers from Planning Congress 2021 to join us in 2021. We’ll keep you updated on the program as we work with the speakers on their availabilities.

Most browsers can be used (latest versions) – these include Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox, iPad Safari. 

Note if you have not connected to a virtual event before, your browser may not be correctly set for your audio and video settings. Please check these are set to ‘allow’ connection.  Also when first logging in to the conference portal it should prompt you to enable the webcam and microphone. 

There will be social events scheduled during the festival to catch up with your fellow Planners. Also you can network virtually to meet planners all over Australia.

Planning Festival 2021 will take place over 5 days from Monday 24 May 2021 to Friday 28 May 2021.

Registrations for the Planning Congress 2021 will open in January 2021.

There will be study tours available face-to-face. 

Yes, for registered delegates only, the presentations will be made available after the festival. This also includes access to the virtual exhibition, e-posters and all handouts including abstracts.

The presentations will be a mixture of pre-recorded presentations and live presentations, and interaction with the presenter will be available via live Q&A. All conference sessions will be recorded and will be available to watch on-demand post conference. Please note that the PDS sessions will not be recorded or available on-demand.
